- Founder & President is the principal theological and cultural authority and final approver of doctrine, curriculum and faculty scope.
- Teaching is distributed by council seat; no temporary voice becomes the center of the program or uses V1X to build a personal platform.
- No non-founder voice may deliver more than 15% of annual anchor-teaching minutes or more than two consecutive anchor sessions.
- No teacher may solicit students into personal lists, private groups, paid coaching, fundraising or an external ministry channel.
- Student data, recordings, testimonies and assignments remain in approved V1X systems.
- Connection to the founder is built through story, doctrine, presence and commissioning—not private loyalty tests.
- The Academic Operations leader is administrator first and assigned adjunct instructor second: two review labs per quarter and no more than 12% of annual anchor minutes.
